International Agroecology Programs
A variety of exchange agreements have been established or are under development with agroecology programs in other nations. For interested agroecology MSc students, a semester abroad will normally entail an extra semester's study to complete the degree. The UW-Madison College of Agricultural and Life Sciences has an extensive program on collaborations with international universities. Specific agroecology opportunities include:
- The four-nation (France, Norway, Sweden, Italy) European Agroecology Masters Program organized by the AgroECOS consortium
- Makerere University in Uganda
- The Agroecology graduate program of the Federal University of Sergipe, in Aracaju, Brazil
- KVL in Denmark
- The Iceland Program of the UW-Madison Agroecology Cluster
